Bookings are confirmed by means of a bank security or cheque.
The customer agrees to the hotel deducting 30% of the stay, with, as a minimum, the price of the first night, as a deposit.
Non-cancellable, non-refundable bookings will be debited in full at the time of booking.
If you intend to stay at the hotel with your pet, you must ask the staff at hotel reception beforehand, who will inform you if the pets can be accommodated. Your pet must not be left on its own in your room.
If you do not receive notification and confirmation that the pet is allowed in the hotel, the booking may be considered cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
