Cancellation policy
It is understood that any cancellation must be in writing (mail or e-mail) for which you must receive an acknowledgment of receipt.
In the context of a cancellation for a reservation made via an internet reseller (Booking, Expedia, etc.), it is preferable to carry out the cancellation via the Internet procedure indicated on the booking confirmation you received.
For reservations made directly (hotel website, email or telephone), any cancellation occurring less than two days before the effective date produces billing and payment of the entire canceled stay.
